Counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to talk openly, gives room to think, breathe, and a chance to explore your options for how things could be different.
In therapy, there’s no need to hold back or apologise for how you feel. You’re welcome to bring whatever is present for you, whether that’s thoughts about the future or the past, questions of purpose, identity or life itself. Nothing is too big or too small to talk about.
Do I need counselling?

At times in life, many of us feel stuck or encounter challenges. You might know exactly what’s wrong, or sense that something feels ‘off’.
Perhaps low mood or worry has started to feel overwhelming. You might be looking for support in navigating neurodiversity, relationships, self-esteem, loss, or life transitions and changes. You may notice the same difficulties showing up in your life.
Sessions offer a respectful and welcoming space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard and supported.
Through careful listening and gentle, reflective questioning, I’ll support you to explore what matters to you and consider how things could be different.
We can work together at your pace

I work in an integrative and relational way. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, informal, creative and relaxed.
In my work, I support autistic people, people with ADHD, as well as neurotypical clients, offering a respectful, collaborative and relaxed space that values your way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
Sessions are warm and tailored to you, guided by what feels helpful. While I draw on different therapies to suit each person I work with, I also pay attention to what’s happening in the here and now.
Counselling gives us new choices

Therapy can help us understand how our life experiences influence the decisions we make, shape the way we think and relate in our lives and relationships, and how we may sometimes hold ourselves back. Often, these decisions develop gradually and can feel so familiar that we don’t always notice them.
Counselling can help us notice how these experiences have shaped our lives and open up the possibility of making different choices. It offers a space to reflect on what matters to you now, develop greater self-compassion, and find kinder ways of relating to others and yourself.

During our sessions, I’ll regularly check in with you to ensure our work feels helpful, and I always welcome your feedback.
We’ll work together to make sense of your experiences and explore supportive ways forward, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
