Hello, I’m Katrin, a qualified counsellor based in Newcastle. Thank you for being here.
I work with adults, young people, and couples navigating neurodiversity, stress, worries, relationship challenges, and life transitions, offering a collaborative space where you feel truly seen.
Feel free to take a look around and see if working together feels right for you.

I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way and offer a warm and thoughtful space where you can be yourself, explore what’s going on for you, and feel genuinely heard and understood.
I provide relaxed, flexible therapy for individuals and couples, helping you navigate anxiety, low mood, and neurodiversity (including autism, ADHD, and AuDHD).
I also support clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, feelings of being stuck, questions of identity, low confidence, and finding meaning.
Sessions are available online, by phone, or outdoors as walk-and-talk therapy in Leazes Park.
Being heard is powerful

Sessions offer a calm and confidential space to talk about what’s been on your mind and make sense of things in your own time.
When we work together, I’ll listen carefully and ask gentle, reflective questions to help you explore what matters most to you.
