I moved to Newcastle from Germany over eight years ago, and trained for three years at the Northern Guild of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I am passionate about helping people live life more fully. At the heart of my work are meaningful conversations about what matters and listening closely to people’s stories.

My counselling practice offers a supportive, relaxed space for clients to move beyond survival mode and towards a life that feels more fulfilling.

What I Can Help With

Over the years, I have supported people navigating anxiety, low mood and depression, stress and burnout, identity formation, family life and parenting, health-related issues, loss and grief, challenging life experiences, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship difficulties, finding meaning, and moving through life transitions and changes.

I also support people navigating neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD and AuDHD. In our sessions, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding, creating a space where you can be yourself and feel understood.

My Counselling Approach

Therapy is flexible and responsive to you. I work in an integrative, relational way, drawing on person-centred therapy and informed by interpersonal, transactional, psychodynamic and existential ideas. I adapt to what feels most helpful for you as we go.

Sessions are reflective and conversational, with room for curiosity, humour, and warmth as we explore together what’s important to you.

Being a therapist doesn’t mean having all the answers. My own experience of being in the client role as part of my training showed me how powerful this process can be.

Counselling offers a chance to reconnect with yourself. It can be moving, thought-provoking, and freeing, wherever you are in life. Together, we can explore what feels important to you.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch.
